• Anesthesiology

Aesthetic or Plastic surgery cannot exist without anesthesia. A surgeon must ensure painless procedures during the operation and, if possible, after it. In principle, this goal can be achieved either by local or topical anesthesia, nerve blocks, neuroleptanalgesy or general anesthesia. An experienced anesthetist, MD, administers the anesthesia and closely follows the main indicators of the patient's life and wellness during and after operation. Painkillers are usually strong enough for avoiding a painful post operative period.
